Jennifer Sbrocchi
Jen is a mother of two and a dedicated prenatal yoga instructor who supports women through every stage of motherhood with thoughtful, intentional movement. She first found yoga as a way to manage the stress of her corporate career and quickly experienced its ability to build both physical strength and inner calm. That experience led her to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014.
Shortly after her training, Jen became pregnant with her first daughter. Prenatal yoga replaced her vinyasa practice and became a powerful tool for connecting to her changing body and growing baby. That practice shaped her pregnancies and births and continues to inform how she supports the women she works with today.
Jen has completed over 100 hours of specialized training in prenatal, postnatal, and baby & me yoga and is a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her classes are designed to help you feel centered, strong, and confident — not only during pregnancy and labor, but throughout your transition into motherhood.
Jen offers private yoga and strength training for preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. Private sessions provide personalized support tailored to your body, goals, and season of life. Her approach is rooted in the belief that when women feel supported, informed, and connected to their bodies, they move through motherhood with greater confidence and ease.

Jamie Henderson
After practicing yoga on and off for over ten years in various gyms and at school Jamie was introduced to the serenity that yoga studios provide. It was there that her passion for yoga was ignited, loving the way that she felt physically and mentally after each and every class. In 2012 she received her 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher certification at Sonic Yoga in NYC. Two months later she completed training for her favorite style, restorative yoga at Revolution Yoga in Rockville Centre, NY. Jamie is also certified to teach Yin Yoga through the teachings of Corina Benner as well as Kids Yoga from Kidding Around Yoga program. Jamie intends to spread her love of yoga even further through her teaching, with classes focused on tuning inward, connecting with the breath and moving energy throughout the body. Her students and clients leave feeling relaxed, strengthened and empowered to take their yoga off the mat and into their daily lives.

With over three years of experience, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and a playful, supportive energy to her classes. She believes that yoga is for everyone, and she strives to create a safe and inclusive space for her students to explore their practice. Outside of her yoga practice, Melissa loves to spend time in nature, bake, follow baseball and listen to her favorite music.
