Are babies allowed at workshops?
Most of the parenting workshops are designed to be a quieter environment for learning for all to get the most out of each session. We would ask you leave babies and toddlers behind unless it’s a nursing infant who can’t be left or if childcare presents a problem.
However, most support groups and some fitness classes are designed to include the child.
What is your cancellation policy for all classes and workshops?
No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Credits for future workshops/classes may be given if cancelled with more than 24 hours notice and the instructor/provider allows.
What should I bring with me?
If you are bringing your child, we suggest bringing some toys to keep the active and a blanket for a baby. If it is a yoga class, we suggest you bring a yoga mat to each class.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are offered for our multiple session workshops and classes. Please call 631-318-3382 to discuss details.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes, scholarships are available. Please submit an application here.
What is your COVID-19 Policy?
Following the New York State mandate, masks are now required for all individuals until further notice. We will continue to keep class sizes to a minimum number which allows for social distancing. We will also continue our one caregiver per child policy as well our waiting room policy that the waiting room is to be used only for those waiting for a class or service to begin.
