Jennifer Sbrocchi

Jen is a mother to two girls and a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Jen first found yoga to ease the stress of her corporate career. After seeing the benefits yoga had on both her mind and body, Jen deepened her studies and received her 200 hour yoga teaching certification in 2014. At the end of her training, Jen discovered she and her husband were pregnant with their first daughter. Prenatal yoga replaced her vinyasa flow practice and helped Jen connect to her changing body and the life that she was growing. Jen believes practicing prenatal yoga during her pregnancy resulted in the beautiful (and relatively easy!) births of both her daughters.

Jen is committed to sharing her yoga practice with expecting and new moms and their families. Jen has completed over 100 additional hours of training specializing in prenatal, postnatal, and baby & me yoga and is also trained as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Jen’s classes will leave you feeling strong, confident, prepared and capable during your pregnancy, labor and transition to motherhood.

Jen provides private yoga and strength training for all stages of motherhood – preconception, pregnancy and postpartum. Private sessions are the ideal choice if you want a personalized plan that is tailored to your goals. Find more info at www.moveformotherhood.com

Jamie Henderson

After practicing yoga on and off for over ten years in various gyms and at school Jamie was introduced to the serenity that yoga studios provide. It was there that her passion for yoga was ignited, loving the way that she felt physically and mentally after each and every class. In 2012 she received her 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher certification at Sonic Yoga in NYC. Two months later she completed training for her favorite style, restorative yoga at Revolution Yoga in Rockville Centre, NY. Jamie is also certified to teach Yin Yoga through the teachings of Corina Benner as well as Kids Yoga from Kidding Around Yoga program. Jamie intends to spread her love of yoga even further through her teaching, with classes focused on tuning inward, connecting with the breath and moving energy throughout the body. Her students and clients leave feeling relaxed, strengthened and empowered to take their yoga off the mat and into their daily lives.

Gianna DiPasquale

Melissa Bilka

Melissa is a yoga teacher and wellness enthusiast. She discovered yoga as a teenager and was immediately drawn to its ability to calm her mind, strengthen her body, and connect her to her inner self.

Becoming pregnant with both her children opened her to the power of prenatal yoga. Melissa started at 6 weeks pregnant with both her daughters and had an easeful and peaceful labor and delivery with both. She truly believes her positive experiences were due to yoga and knowing her body. She is passionate about sharing prenatal yoga’s transformative power with others.

With over three years of experience, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and a playful, supportive energy to her classes. She believes that yoga is for everyone, and she strives to create a safe and inclusive space for her students to explore their practice. Melissa integrates elements of mindfulness, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation into her classes to help students cultivate a deep connection with their bodies and minds.

Outside of her yoga practice, Melissa loves to spend time in nature, bake, follow baseball and listen to her favorite music. She holds certifications as a 200 hour yoga instructor, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and she is versed in labor and delivery techniques. She is always seeking opportunities to continue her education and growth as a teacher.
