This class is taught by Birth Doula, Laura Siddons. The class is designed to teach you the basic anatomy of birth, your choices for the labor and delivery process and coping skills. The topics include stages of labor, induction, c-section, tools for labor, and informed consent. This class will also assist with teaching you how your partner can help, preparing your birth and postpartum plans and finding inspiration for labor.
