Includes all of the following:

• Six part Prenatal Education series (in-person for a couple)
• Three months unlimited prenatal yoga (can be used at all three locations, in person or virtual)
• Attendance at one prenatal education workshops such as Partner Yoga for Labor and Birth or Push with Confidence class 
• Two professional services (choose from list below)

Choose two from

• Prenatal or postpartum nutrition consultation with registered dietician (may be virtual)
• 60 Minute Prenatal massage with licensed massage therapist
• 60 Minute Reiki session to set intentions for birth and motherhood
• One initial visit and adjustment with a chiropractor (Farmingdale or Yaphank only)
• 60 Minute acupunture session with Licensed Acupunturist
